Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@clarkunderwear.com. If we accept the return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept returned items that are sent back without a prior return request.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders, bulk orders, or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a particular product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Express shipping
Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
